Sugar Exfoliation
Make your skin glow with a sugar full body exfoliation. After your exfoliation, you will be pampered with hot towels to remove the product & enjoy a soothing shower before the application of an emollient cream to prolong the effects of the scrub and protect your new soft silky skin.     50 minutes-$75
 
Bio Mat

The bio mat uses far infared heat to penetrate six times deeper than a heating pad or other heating method. It produces a profound relaxation and has been known to have healing effects on the body. It is great for pain relief as well as general health. Please refer to the bio mat website for more information.
Option 1: relax on the bio mat on your own in the room

Body Wrap
 If you love to be pampered, you will enjoy this treatment. Product is applied to the skin with a brush or an herbal sheet. After application, you will be wrapped in a cocoon of warmth as the heat allows the product to absorb into your skin. While in the wrap you will be pampered with massage on your scalp, face & feet.

Thai Luk Pra
    An herbal compress treatment from Thailand.  Herbal compresses are used to follow the bodies meridians in a slow and rhythmic manner for detox and relaxation. The herbs within the compress heal and detox the body while the slow, light pressure stimulates lymph flow. This is great to pair with a massage.

Personalized Couple's Massage Class

        In this course you will learn to ease your partner's pain. You will be taught areas to avoid and what areas need to be massaged to keep your partner as pain free as possible! This course is designed to help couples keep each other healthy, bond and bring couples closer through touch and being able to feel the stress your partner is carrying. Note- THIS COURSE IS NOT DESIGNED TO TRAIN YOU TO BECOME A MASSAGE THERAPIST. IT IS ILLEGAL IN CA TO PERFORM MASSAGE FOR PAY WITHOUT PROPER LICENSING.

Coconut Scalp Treatment
    45 minutes- $55        
          A wonderful winter treatment that combats dry hair and scalp. While relaxing on a heated table with blankets and neck wraps, you will receive a sedating scalp massage using coconut oil to rehydrate the hair and scalp. As you drift off into a state of bliss, I will wrap your hair in a warm towel and allow the coconut oil to soak in while giving you a 15 minute foot massage. (option to upgrade to heated booties as well). After the coconut oil has soaked in, you will be given a robe and can enjoy a hot shower with organic shampoo to remove the product. Your hair will be luxuriously, silky smooth.
