Therapy work aimed at releasing muscle tension, correcting postural imbalances and of course eliminating knots.

Sports Massage: Once before and once after the event. This type of massage is aimed at eliminating injuries and reducing the recovery time after a sports event or hard workout.

Pregnancy Massage: A relaxing massage to help ease the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Extra care is taken to keep mother and baby comfortable and relaxed.
